For decades, the check in has been a Sunday form. Same questions every week. Boring for clients. Blind for coaches. Repetitive questions can miss the context that makes a check-in useful.
We built one for the era of wearables, AI, longevity and clients who deserve better.

Travel week sleep
When my client is on a travel week, ask how the new bed and time zone treated them. I want their words on it, not just the wearable score.
Missed activity
If they miss two or more sessions in the week, ask what got in the way. Keep it easy to be honest. No tone of judgement.
Evening cravings
Ask weekly about evening cravings and whether they ate when they were not hungry. Tuesdays and Thursdays especially, those are the long work days.
No more same form every week. Each question is shaped by the week your client actually had, and only asked when the data alone cannot answer it. Personal context.

For: Scott
"Travel week. How did the new bed treat you?"

For: Marco
"Strain spiked Thursday. New PB or hard session?"

For: Emma
"Two weeks on the new macros. How is the appetite?"

For: Kelly
"Quiet week on app. Anything you want me to know?"
Video when the words flow. Voice when the hands are busy. Text when the moment is quiet. One tap to switch.
